If Green promotes the fight in Australia won't he just offer BHOP a set figure............ say 3-4mil ?????? What's all this 50-50 purse split etc???

Well from what i read Danny has said for Hopkins to keep the America PPV and danny to keep the Australian PPV and the door I think:? But Hopkins has asked for a percentage of the australian PPV aswell making it 60 - 40 please feel free to correct me but this is what i am guessing happened please if someone can help elabrate.

60/40 is great for Green. He can push for more but at the end of the day I think his team would be happy to settle for this amount.

    it can only be 50/50.

without green, hopkins doesn't make anywhere near what he would make elsewhere. therefore they both need each other equally.

if hopkins is foremost concerned about the paycheque more than any other factor then he will fight green in australia. i'm not quite sure that hopkins is convinced that he should be fighting green at cruiserweight that's all.

They firstly need to work out what arrangement will maximise overall PPV buys, coz that is where the money is, and on the basis of PPV, Hopkins clearly holds the upper hand.

50/50 is a fair share for both.Bhops will not get close to what he will make in this fight with anyone else.Danny is the cash cow in Aust at the moment,

Hopkins doesnt need Green in the first place.

Green called Hopkins out that gives Hopkins the edge in negotiations.

No it isnt, its a ploy used by many fighters including PBF,SRL and DLH to establish that the other fighter needs them and if they want the fight bad enough should give something up.

Yeah it does, you need to beat someone to be someone in this sport.

Green is trying to raise his status more than it is now in the sport, he needs Hopkins to do that, a win over Green does very little or nothing to raise Hopkins status.

green calling hopkins out means sfa as who has the upper hand.

hopkins mouthed off like a gallah, green ko'd jones, therefore green responded by telling hopkins to man up or stfu.

saying hopkins doesn't need green shows that u r stupid. hopkins will not get anywhere near the cash if he fights somebody else. he has said so himself.

if hopkins then chooses not to fight green then he is a coward who clearly thinks green is too big a risk for him.

green will make shitloads of cash even if he fights someone else and it would be easier for him then fighting hopkins, who is clearly a tough nut to crack.
