Why won't Mayeather fight Golovkin for his 50th fight?

so mayweather having a better resume somehow indicates that he won't lose to golovkin? has floyd ever fought anyone who hits as hard and cuts the ring off like that? you can bring up names on resumes all you want but that doesn't stop anyone from being able to see that golovkin would completely overwhelm and batter floyd. based on the eye test there's not a single case that can be made for floyd whether you bring up who he's beaten or not... look what maidana did to him, look what castillo did to him, look what de la hoya did to him.. golovkin would knock everyone on floyd's resume out if they fought at 160..
