A JMM and Pac fight kinda gets boring. I would not be surprised if Pac and Marquez will not meet in the ring ever again.

I want to see a third fight now. Marquez is getting older and Pacquiao is in his prime.

    Man, you got high standards..

Pac-JMM I and II, kinda boring?

Maybe you've been spoiled by Pac's past fights.

Yeah, it wasnt exactly a total slugfest like his early fights at 112 and 122, but the Pac-JMM fights were far from being boring.

John Ruiz and Corey Spinks fights, now THAT is kinda boring.

I wonder what would be the ppv numbers for jmm vs casa....

It does not matter so much coz the fact remains the same..I guess I DON'T have to enumerate them all. Unless somebody insists!

Pac will give him another fight. It's best just to let a bit of time pass, let the interest build as they both continue to prove how brilliant they are by fighting others.

If JMM beats Casa, the fight must happen right away IMO.

If JMM loses to Casa, it may take a little longer for him to be "on the up" again to make the fight happen, but I believe Pac will still think of JMM as unfinished business, so the fight will definitely happen at one point.

Who will win? Not a ****ing clue.

Be easy D...don't get your panties all in a bunch. No need to argue with someone who can't add which would be my advice to you, but lets try to stay on topic. Back to PAC and his options.

PAC vs JMM is not the biggest PPV sell. You can quote that!:deal PAC vs DLH or Hatton are far more financially favorable. A rubber match with JMM is anther good one due to the two previous fights but regardless of whom Pac faces he's gonna make a lot of money. The highest potential money fight is DLH, then Hatton, then JMM, Diaz, Campbell ect. ect. ect.

THere is no question that the rematch with JMM was such a big success b/c of the promotion, but also due to the contreversial ending in the first fight. The other factor and most infuluential factor is PAC's STOCK and Popularity coming in to the rematch. PAC was on top of the boxing world at that point and was second only to DLH regarding his appeal.

JMM is a decent name in boxing...he's right up there with Juan Diaz and guys like Jermain Taylor.....but PAC is a household name! PAC was the main reason why the rematch was so successful.

Case in point would be....JMM vs Joel Casamayor...is that PPV? If it was do you think the #'s would do well? And this fight has two of Boxings Best in the lower weight classes. You change one variable to "PAC" and I guarantee that the fight would be PPV and the fight would be hella successful.

2+2 does =4 D. Stop trying to convince yourself that you are right, there is no need. You should be confident in your math....however, not so much in your theory on this matter.

I didn't know about the new #'s for the Diaz Pac fight, but c'mon now bro. Are you really going to try and compare the kind of #'s that a COTTO vs MARG fight would do vs the PAC vs Diaz fight? That's like having a race between a Honda Accord vs a Ferrari. Two top guys in the game with a strong followin vs One top guy in the game vs a guy nobody knows. Of course you'll see better numbers in the Cotto vs Marg fight.

a lot of people on another site are actually favoring casa to beat jmm by UD..i don't know whats up but i was really confident about jmm wining a UD, this people i'm talking about are btw respectable people and have been boxing experts long enough to know whats up.

I may have to review my thoughts once again, actually i favor jmm because casa is past his prime and may have to deal with a tough still fresh jmm but prime for prime i pick casa anyday..

Casa is slipping...JMM shouldn't have much of a problem with disposing of Joel...or at least this version of him. Prime for Prime I'd still give the edge to JMM. Casa is slick and crafty but he isn't the kind of fighter that would beat a great fighter like JMM.

He was saying that Pac vs JMM II is Pac's biggest selling fight to this point, not that it would outsell Pac vs Hatton or DLH. However, as you say, it is third in potential sales, and if those other two fights don't get made, Pac vs JMM III should be made, it would be the fight that makes by far the most money/sense at that point.

And Pac is a household name that can do well, but he's not so big that he can sell without a good partner a la DLH, which is why Pac vs Diaz supposedly did its disappointing 175k or so. Hence again, if he can't get Hatton or DLH, he should try to make the thrid fight with JMM. There's a big gap in potential after a JMM fight, in my opinion.

Charlie knows exactly what I've been saying.....
.....in fact there are alot of Charlie's around here.....posters who really agree with what you're saying, but who try to create debate and controversy out of nothing.

Charlie's last post for example, he reiterated exactly what I've been saying throughout this whole time, but put it in a context as if though he was setting me straight on the issue!:rofl

I said earlier that except for Hatton and DLH, JMM is the fighter that nets Pac the most financial dollar and PPV sales.
Charlie comes back and says that Pac can make just as much money fighting any number of fighters, and lists a bunch of hogwash names he knows dont even come close.....ah ahh, but in those names he lists Hatton and DLH, who've I've already conceded is a bigger PPV sale than a JMM fight for Pac.....
.....but Charlie blurts them out as if he's giving all of us news! :rofl

There's alot of Charlie's around this forum, who at the end of the thread come out saying and opiniating exactly what they called you out on........ you just roll off their attacks with a chuckle and a laugh!

Pavc wont fight Marquez again because he knows Marquez has given him two of the hardest fights he has had and he was lucky to come out without a loss both times.

I know what Divac is saying, but he's just a bit off with some of his postings. I just wanted to check him that's all. he's Knows boxing but I disagree that PAC's only worthy financial option would be to fight JMM a 3rd time. That's just comdey at its best. The 3rd fight will most likely happen but it's pretty easy and clear to see PAC is weighing all his options and looking for the one that makes most financial sense....I'm sure Divac would like to think PAC is scared or avoiding JMM. Which is why I decided to reply to his post.

marquez should get a belt at 135. this is pretty easy question. if the lineal title didn't entice team pac, then get the other belts by fighting guzman/campbell winner while pac is fighting hatton. would it be more good for pac to have fought marquez at 135 where marquez is nothing (at the moment) or getting a 135 title from david diaz where he pac proved that he can settle at this weight? people should not think that anyone is afraid just because the fight they want didn't happen.

marquez didn't give pac a rematch the first time too.

WHOA.....WHOA! There is only one me "Divac". Now that we got that out of the way. I'm not trying to ruffle your feathers cup cake...so please dont' take it that way.

I'm just giving you "real talk". No need to try and set you straight buddy, The facts are there and will work themselves out if you are able to comprehend. I'm sure that really not an issue with you, right?.:good

And I'm sorry you feel that Nate Campbell or Juan Diaz aren't vialbe names big enough to hold the jock strap of the HUGELY SUCCESSFUL AND SUPREMELY POPULAR Juan Manuel Marquez!:rofl :rofl :rofl There were many factors to why the rematch was successful and I point that out for you...if you CHOOSE to believe that JMM is a HUGE name and was responsible for the great PPV numbers....so be it, it's all gravy.

Don't get too excited over there Dibac....I know you'd like for me to agree with you on everything but I'm sorry....I just don't man, but I'm glad you have a good laugh at yourself......I do as well.:hi: Hi there Diva!
