Why wont Pac give Marquez another fight?

Btw, there is still a month to go for the JMM-Casamayor fight. I'm sure I'll be in a few threads before then, but I dont see myself discussing that matchup at length.

For those who care to know, I'm a huge JMM fan. I think with Mayweather retired, Marquez is P4P the best fighter in the world right now.
....but unlike Pac fans who made a big sting about Pac dominating a paper champion David Diaz.....I wont be making a big stink when JMM dominates a shot Joel Casamayor.

I'm a JMM fan yes, but I'm more a realist and realize that Casamayor is far from the fighter that he used to be.......something that Pac fans cant hardly fathom when they discuss Pac's wins vs Erik Morales.

When you see me beam from a JMM victory, it will be when he beats existing greats (not once great) fighters.

A great victory for JMM for me will come when he beats the winner of Guzman-Campbell.
So although I'm a JMM fan, that my friend is being a realist!!!!:deal

JMM will never take that risk, I will apologize to you if he does.

Pac is JMM's shortcut to fame. It is all too late for him now to be an ATG except for getting a win over Pac. Guzman is too much risk for him (at least JMM's camp think they have to righ tto think that way).

I can very well see what you will say if CASA vs JMM fight became sooo close.. (we both expect JMM to win!) but if so happen that CASA wins by SD ONLY! I can assure you, you will say that the judge is incompetent or CASA is also protected...

Ask yourself, when did you ever believe JMM lost?! So if the fight is close and JMM loses, WHY WILL YOU SUDDENDLY AGREE?!

I have just finished rewatching the 2nd fight, on the night I scored it by 1 or 2 rounds to pacman.
Having rewatched the fight I had it 116 - 114 to JMM, the most i could change it to was 115-114 to JMM.

I think another fight will come after pacman has made some more big money.

But don't worry, you don't need to reply to that. Just let me finish my university work here and I'll create a thread doing an RBR of some of the rounds of that fight where I thought Pac won. Unlike you, I'm gonna prove to you, regardless of who won that fight, how Pac gave JMM everything he could handle. The idea that Pac can play on JMM's level eats at you, doesn't it? Nobody's forcing you to change your mind and say Pac won that fight. I PERFECTLY understand if you think JMM won that fight. But JMM winning and DOMINATING that fight?? I lead the JMM-Pac rematch discussions for days after it happened.

From the day after the fight was fought, the theme coming from *******s has been "let it go, the judges made their ruling, accept it, Pac won!"

:rofl For Christ sake, it was the day after the fight, and here I was in the forum fully outlining the reasons why JMM clearly won the fight, along with polls everywhere showing that the people thought JMM won.....
....but all most *******s in this forum could muster was to post to shutup, move on, and accept the verdict.
Alot of these *******s wanted to move away from the discussion, and it was only the day after the fight!:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

.....and nothing has changed since then.....most Pac fans would rather forget that the fight ever happened, and only reply to informative posts with "move on!":yep

Btw my friend, if you look at my history of posts, you'll find that I've rarely even been involved in threads involving either JMM or Pac lately.

..... its ok to discuss it, thats what this forum is for, but believe me my friend, I've moved on and am looking foward to JMM vs Casamayor, for no other reason as to see how well he can handle a fighter who is well past his prime, but will be fighting outside the rules.:yep

.....then hopefully, Pac either choses to fight real lightweight champions, or moves on to cashout vs Hatton or DLH......leaving JMM to attempt to cleanout the lightweight division before he calls it a career.

JMM proved he can hang with Pac, despite those knockdowns, he still survived the fight and made it close. Jmm deserves another attempt and so does the rest who are in line to fight him.

JMM just have to keep busy till its his turn again. And dont give that JMM is getting old shi* cause Pac is not getting any younger too.

 

I am almost sure a third fight will happen once JMM shows real signs of getting old. Thats what Roach wanted in the first place.

If the fight never happens then I will be very content to see Marquez succeed in the Lightweight division, becoming champion after blowing off Casamayor and winning an epic battle against Guzman, and then finally give us a great fight against the baby bull. Becoming the true undisputed lightweigh champion and everybody knowing he deserved the decision against Pacquiao will be real thrill.
