Why would a foreign boxer box in Britain?

    And what is the negotiation ploy? 99% of the time, a further 10% on top of the original purse, will get a fighter to come into the Dragon's Den...

    Why fight in anyones back yard? Corruption in boxing is older than every poster on esb and happens in every country. At the moment its bad in the UK and even worse in the US.

    It is bad in he UK at the moment? We have "proudly" being screwing fighters for at least a couple of Centuries!:good Germany was not around then, and the USA was a mere young whippet!;)

    Katsidis has never been that great a fighter and got severely overrated by Brits after beating Mitchell.

    The guy must have thought all his Christmases had come at once when he saw the money and adulation being thrown at him. Even guys like Diaz made him look very limited.
