Why would Barrera take the Khan fight?

    Yep, this isn't rocket science. Barerra is taking a significant risk against someone with a certified glass jaw. Winning shows a lot of upside, and losing won't hurt him much.

    Oh, and for Khan's end, if he wins he is able to say, "I have a win over the legendary Marco Antonio Barerra", omitting the subtext that Barerra is no where near his best any longer....

    it will propel him back into the limelight for another big fight, after he destroys khan.

    it's a case of bad choice for khan. if he losses to MAB that will be the end of a young and fruitful career.

    Prescott seems to have been locked away somewhere and is probably not going to be heard of again until Khan's career is back on track.
