Why would Cotto lose to Clottey when he beat Mosely who is superior in every way?

the answer is the plaster of Paris he had in his hands that limited Cotto form fully busting into his ass! a threat Mosley didnt have to face hence he was able to wail on the slow mediocre Margacreto and knock him the **** out something Cotto would also have done.

MoseLY tried to outpower Cotto and was on his way to getting Knocked the **** out until he got on his toes in the 6th. Clottey if he has the balls to come in crazy is goint to get KTFO.

Clottey presents a different kind of challenge than did Mosley. He is a superior defensive fighter and is a pin point counter puncher. I however agree that Cotto will prevail based on his ability to to measure Clottey with his jab and expose Clottey's possible deficient body defense. The perplexity is that I would actually favor Clottey over Mosley if they ever were to square up.

    Styles make fights.

with or without plaster cotto wasnt knocking margarito out that night not with those tactics and not with the lack of bodywork. Close decision win maybe but knockout no

Mosley is NOT superior in every way, at least not the defense department. Clottey has a good chance to win, so long as he doesn't stay too busy 'D'ing up to much and not returning enough fire.

In theory you are correct . . . but you know . . . shits happens in the ring . . . so nothing is impossible.

    It's still a 50/50 for me . . . and still picking Cotto.
