He needs a blood transfusion first and then Ortiz will be ready. Grab him out the oap bus pass line first! Sky sports and the virgin Adam Smith will sell it though
Ortiz does want to fight and so to does AJ . That is not the problem , the problem isn't PED's (at least I think not) the problem is for certain PBC , they have closed doors on MSG while Matchroom are there . PBC have put out to all management teams to refuse any offer from Hearn and Matchroom in regards to fighting AJ . Remember PBC are taking AJ as an invasion on US territory and they would rather see MSG fall to AJ by default than actually confront him . Kownacki's management say they can't because PBC commitments , Ortiz was told to be quiet and his management answered the same thing .
1) He doubts he will pass VADA 2) Haymon is blocking him Both reasons show what a sad state boxing is still in. Particularly when an "advisor" would rather not allow big fights made just to oust opposition. Haymon would rather see boxing suffer than let Hearn have some success. He is blatantly pulling strings here and is also breaking the Muhammad Ali Act, needs to be addressed.
Ortiz needs to get off the heart meds and talking **** isn’t quite the same when someone calls your bluff. I suspect Old Man is shivering in some tiny room jumping every time the door creeks praying it not AJ coming to drag him into the ring... Miller realised when he looked into AJ’s eyes that he but off more than he can chew so he tried to turn himself into a X Man knowing a fatal does of PED’s was his on only hope...
True and this is something that has been brewing since 1997 look up Barry Hearn Hong Kong 97 when Hearn pulled every fighter out because Haymon and King were messing with money and "fixing things" . The UK has problems too Frank Warren is the Don King of the UK in terms of corruption .
If it's true that Joshua's team is making Ortiz an offer in good faith, that's a big balls move from Team AJ. Not to say Ortiz is a bigger threat than Miller, but Ortiz is quite a challenge for a replacement opponent at 6 weeks out.
The obvious answer is "Al Haymon". Same reason Quillen lost his title. Same reason why Wilder passed up 100 million.
