Why would Pac take the Floyd fight without settling his score with Bradley?

u ever wonder how floyd dominates ortiz and mosley but looks slow and hittable against cotto? :think yet, he wont release his medicals records for ortiz or mosley. quite odd isnt it?

Proof or STFU. Nothing pisses me off more than blind accusations.

If Bradley were a scrub Manny wouldn't be needing a rematch..

Pac already schooled Bradley, fight was fixed and even Floyd can see that. Floyd vs. Pac is the only significant fight for both.

he'll lose to bradley again...and for less money than he would lose to floyd for.

if he's looking to cash out...go straight for floyd. he'll catch a one-sided beating and he can retire.

when he loses to bradley...the mayweather fight is off the table.

he'll lose to jmm again too.

same with cotto at 150 or above.

he should fight brandon rios or jessie vargas to restore his "invincibility." then he can cash out with floyd.

cotto is a way smarter/more capable fighter than both shane and victor. it's that simple.

Pacquiao and his team might not want to risk losing again. If he couldn't clearly beat Bradley in the first fight when he had an injured ankle and a fractured foot, how comfortable could they be with a rematch? If he loses to Bradley again, he would have lost three fights in a row and his fight with Mayweather is completely dead. Even if Team Pacquiao doesn't admit defeat, they realize that Bradley was at least competitive in the first fight and he'd be healthier and probably tougher in the rematch.

I would gladly trade Mayweather for Bradley II.

    Everyone wants that.

Arum promotes both.. I can see cases made for the fight being close, but I don't see how Bradley won the fight. The fix was in, Arum keeps his undefeated fighter in Bradley because Pac is almost out of the door.. Once Pac is gone, Bradley will be Arum's top dog.. He's not going to set him up to lose against Pac unless he has to, at least that's how I see it...

:stir although I really feel the scorecards were fixed and it was to insure Bradley stays undefeated for when Pac retires.. Arum doesn't want the rematch it seems from interviews where he's stating networks or PPVs won't accept the match.

You think an unmarketable fighter whom most think LOST to the highly popular Pac will be Arum's top dog? That really makes little sense. Arum makes stars out of guys with the potential to be stars. As much as I like Bradley, he doesn't have the potential to be a mainstream draw.

    i don't.

i would hate to see that fight because the myth of pacquiao will be totally exposed. he's a good guy who has given much to the sport. he's fought and beat all the guys they put in front of him and he's been classy the whole way through. when floyd destroys him...he will destroy the spirit of millions of fans who will inevitably turn from the sport because they'll feel they've been duped or they'll think that floyd was some evil guy (when he's really not either) and the loss will be given more significance than it deserves. i say...let pac do his retirement tour...give him some easy wins and let him ride into the sunset. he doesn't deserve the ass whoopin he would take from floyd.

But that begs the question, why would Arum have evn bothered signing him at all?
