Why Would You Try to Hug a Fighter Who Looked Like this?

You just committed one of the cheapest, dirtiest most illegal fouls in the sport and pissed him off. He already let you hug him and give him a kiss on the cheek, and yet once the ref restarts the fight, you see him looking like he wants to knock your head off yet you still go for another hug. Ortiz deserved what he got. Mayweather handled the situation with complete class. His face told Ortiz exactly what was about to happen.

Mayweather had a pissed off look on his face and was in a fighting posture with his hands up. What more could have done to let Ortiz know, I'm ready to fight and I'm about to go upside your head within the rules now the fight has resumed.

and ortiz has a pretty stupid tatoo, it serves no purpose. Cotto is the only person I know who can pull of a badass tribal tatoo.

Mayweather's a *****. Almost as bad as what he did to Gatti. I hope he hangs around long enough to get his bell rung a few times. Odds are good he'll get in money trouble a couple years after he retires again, so we'll probably see it eventually.

Ortiz wanted out of the fight the moment he threw the headbutt. It's kind of like how Judah hit Mayweather with that big low blow, or how Tyson bit Holyfield's ear. They all knew the consequences, but they simply didn't want to be in there anymore, getting frustrated and taking punishment. They couldn't do anything via boxing, so they snapped and did something stupid. Ortiz even said that he was trying to break Mayweather's nose with the headbutt.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ortiz could have gotten up from the KD. I got the feeling he'd just had enough, or maybe he was hoping Mayweather would be penalised or criticised for the suckerpunches. (The latter did happen after the fight.)

Mayweather is a fighter who throws punches during a boxing match like you're supposed too. Only pussay ass fake ass fans like you would have a problem with that.

Ortiz is a cheating peace of well you know what. That headbutt was not out of frustration. Rewatch the fight again. You'll see Ortiz using his head as early as round 2. Not as blantantly, but it's clear that the headbutt in round four was not the first time he used his head as a weopen. I've said it before I'll say it again. Ortiz got what he deserved.
