We'll see fight night.. but my guess is there may be some suprises.. I stayed in the US for quite a while and you barely hear anything of Hatton but in the UK its quite clear he's something special..

not so sure mate but i had no problem with hattons performance against urango, he won a landslide pts decision against a bloke with a granite jaw.

That statement is wrong in so many ways it hurts to even think about it. I give Ricky the fight mainly because Collazo should have pushed the issue and taken him out before putting the gas on in the 12th round. Collazo is simply a slick, skilled southpaw who created all types of problems for Ricky. Hatton is a credit to the sport but he is obviously limited in his technical boxing ability. I can't knock you for being a bit blinded by your infactuation for Hatton I can see why fans gravitate towards him, he's exciting and shows tons of determination plus the heart of a lion to boot. Tito Trinidad was also extremely limited but like Ricky both men where elite in what they where good at so they excelled. Please open your eyes friend, your enthusiasm is commedable but misconstrued.

Hatton had his issues towards the end but the better more versitile fighter won that night despite a couple of shaky events towards the end of the fight. Ricky is on another level when compared to a solid banger like Urango.

Uhm can you provide an example of him being down other than when Torres pushed him down?

This is very true, I just hope your not basing JLC's fight against Hatton as you measuring bar.

Ahhh, but Castillo had more footspeed while Hatton has more handspeed. They will approach this fight differently, specifically in how they cut off the ring. Not to mention, PBF fought Castillo as a not filled out LW while Castillo had been there for years. This is not the case this time around.

I won't be surprised if Hatton gives him trouble early on. I won't be surprised if he gives PBF trouble period. But I will be surprised if he beats PBF (much more so than I would be if say Cotto beat PBF).

Not to mention that the Castillo that gave Floyd problems was the Castillo of 2002.

What a load of crap, there are many valid reasons you could give why you think Mayweather will beat Hatton. Size isn't one of them.

And the Castillo of 2002 is hugely superior to a Hatton of 2007??
