This is a Scoop Malinowski article from 2009

"You decide for yourself if this VERY connected source knows a lot about about Pacquiao vs. Floyd – or is he off on a tangent? Keep in mind this source is directly connected to Team Mayweather (no I don’t mean cheerleader Leonard Ellerbe).

I can reveal, the source is actually Paul Williams trainer George Peterson. How do I know? Scoop posted the exact same interview, 4 months ago, word for word, claiming Peterson had just said it on the second negotiation................

You know, this is what I mean:

1: Source is nothing to do with Mayweather
2: Source gives no detail whatsoever on anything
3: Source doesn't criticise Mayweather or Pacquiao
4: Source is referring to first negotiation, but author has used it twice to refer to two different negotiations

As I said - a lot of guys, just mischief make

What's more, I should add, I also questioned the authenticity of the interview with the site owner. Particularly

"It’s not gonna happen. No. No. Mayweather is looking to fight somebody else right now. He just doesn’t want to risk losing that 0. You know who he wants to fight? Matthew Hatton.”"

That just sounds like it was added by the author!

And the site, took the second version of the article down within hours. You can only find it via google now.

Nice work. It's the same way with baseball during the offseason or the NFL around the draft.
