    Factors favouring Whyte:

    - 4.5 years younger at 37.5, far fewer wars and losses (4 vs 13)

    - 2-0 with 1 KO against Chisora

    - More height, reach and, at least historically, a bigger single punch

    Factors favouring Chisora:

    - Despite his age, wars and losses, Chisora seems fresher, tougher and more determined than Whyte

    - Had Whyte been the B-side in previous fights against Chisora he'd be 1-1 or even 0-2 against him and I doubt whether a well over the hill, multiple failed drug test Whyte will get any favours from the officials this time

    - Whyte will be returning to the ring less than 4 months after getting dropped and stopped inside 2 minutes by a prospect, raising serious questions about his chin, reflexes and mentality

    - Chisora's on a three fight win streak, two by upset (Joyce, Wallin), scoring knockdowns in both of those, Chisora's not been stopped since 2022 (Fury ref mercy stoppage in 10) and not dropped since 2021 (Parker x3)

    - Whyte's last win of any note whatsoever was a controversial decision over Franklin 3 years prior, before that it was a 12 round war with Rivas in 2019, Whyte was exposed by a near-41 year old Povetkin over 5 years ago now and performed significantly worse against 2022 Fury than an old Chisora did (landed very few punches of note, gassing at the end of the 2nd round, one-punch TKO'd in 6 by a glancing uppercut)

Whyte seems like a totally shot fighter hustling for one last payday; devoid of pride, feeling sorry for himself and willing to go out sad against a perennial underdog he's officially 2-0 up against, something he seemed reluctant to do in the past.
