That it took him 5 years to put himself in contention?

It says Fury is a 2x undefeated world champion and Whyte has never fought for a world title.

Doubt it will happen. If fury wins he will probably go missing for another few years he loves a duck.

If wilder wins I doubt he will fight whyte either probably go back to knocking out cans.

I am real. Dillian Whyte needs to land a big bomb, otherwise he will loose to Wallin.

What a waste of time. Whyte gets put in hospital by both of them.

Whyte is as slow as a turtle and may get lucky if he fights Fury or Wilder but I doubt it.

In the last 5 years its shows Fury has beaten Seferi, Pianetta, Wilder, schwarz and Wallin.

Whilst Whyte has beaten the likes of Povetkin, Parker, Chisora, Rivas, Helenius and Wach.

Massive gap in quality of opposition.

Well Whyte has been the number 1 for over several years now so he has been in contention since he beat Helenius in 2017.

How is it Shyte is allowed a free pass for turning down 3 final eliminators and the Joshua fight but everyone is apparently ducking him?

Poor Dillian not getting his title shot when all he's done is turn down 4 chances at it.

I know you’re just being your contrarian self - but comparing Fury’s pull in the UK now to 2015 is just silly. Fury is obviously a far bigger draw now.

You’d hope though that finances wouldn’t matter - Fury has repeatedly said ‘money doesn’t matter’ and IMO Whyte has waited for his shot long enough.

I don’t think it’s a given Whyte beats Wallin however, likewise I think it’s possible Wilder could flukily get a KO. Could be an interesting few weeks.

I said Whyte derseves criticism for turning down the AJ fight after publically calling for it.

I don't think Whytevdeserves criticism for turning the WBC mandatory shots. Turned down fights against weaker challengers to fight better and more proven fighters for each.

Got robbed of his mandatory when they gave it to Fury when Whyte was cleared of all wrong doing.

Prior to the Povetkin rematch the WBC president said the winner would be mandatory and it would be enforced. Straight after Whyte beat the WBC president contradicts himself and said Whyte isn't the mandatory.

Now they say Whyte would be mandatory if he beats Wallin but it wouldn't surprise me if the WBC come up with another BS excuse not to give him a shot.

Wilder beating Ortiz twice is more impressive than Whyte ducking Ortiz, Pulev and Joshua.

Whyte beating Parker, Povetkin and Chisora is more impressive than anyone Wilder has beaten.
