It won't go five rounds imo but still a nice check for Whyte.

Any fighter can get clipped by a punch and have a cut open, you are over thinking it.

Whyte is in the top 10 of the HW division, but he isn't at Fury's level.

Whyte is a bottom level to ten guy, but he has more than Wallin who wans't even ranked in the top ten. Yet he won 3-4 rounds with average speed and power. A top ten guy should who can punch and has some speed should be able to do more.

    ...

The surprise will be yours, apparently, when you see how handily Fury disposes of this buffoon.

I genuinely won't be surprised if Shefat Isufi or Otto Wallin turns up at the conference

Think we need a countdown clock on the forum top page for this

Btw won't it be difficult for Joyce to sign a contract with his broken hand? That was the reason he couldn't take the Hrgovic IBF final eliminator wasn't it?

Maybe they will have Wilder and Uncle Bob taking hallucinogens live on ESPN before signing Fury v Wilder 4

These mugs still don't understand that Hearn been selling them a pig in a poke, just as he did with Audley. A recent quote:

"I give Dillian Whyte a lot more of a chance now (against Fury) than I did a month ago"

This was in response to Fury deciding he wanted his Whyte tune up rather than paying Whyte and AJ to step aside. Hearn was frustrated but consider this: if Hearn had been asked a month prior about Whyte's chances, what would he have said? Would he have said "Whyte has very little chance"? Or would he have said "it's a tough fight for Dillian but he has a very good chance of winning". We know he would have said the latter, so he's inadvertently exposing himself as a liar on this issue.

When referring to Whyte's chances of winning, Hearn also said recently something to the effect of "it depends how Fury is feeling, whether he's up for it". Translation: if Fury is on form, Whyte has next to no chance.

On ability, Whyte is not a top 10 heavyweight. He's barely a top 5 name on Fury's resume. He's a bit better and more dangerous than Chisora, as their 23 close and controversial rounds together goes to show.

Whyte is barely a top 5 name on Fury's resume you say...well besides Wlad and Wilder who am I missing? Unless Wilder counts as three people I don't see how Whyte isn't a firm number 3 on his list, provided he beats him.

cute little ploy by Whyte to try and keep fury from training

Dont remind him what Fury can do on 3 weeks training alone

    Easy work

Wallin (who Whyte ducked) and 2x cruiser champ Cunningham. Whyte is a bigger puncher than them but so is fellow plodder Chisora and he couldn't lay a glove on Fury.

When people rate Whyte highly they do so simplistically based on names on paper (ignoring whether the opponent is past prime, short notice, away from home or a combination thereof) without looking into the close/controversial nature of the contests, they don't consider losses or their severity and they overemphasise the Chisora KO win, ignoring the fact that Whyte hasn't stopped any of his other 9 best opponents.
