To me this is pure posturing, he’s just trying to leverage a better offer for AJ. also it’s smart by Whyte to reveal the low ball offer because only a couple of months ago people were rolling there eye’s saying oh aj is clearly fighting Whyte next now some people are saying aj is ducking him now and building up some demand for the fight from the UK causal’s.

Where has the lowball offer come from. Hearn yesterday said it was at least 2x his highest purse ever made.

He's getting sick of waiting and I guess I understand that he's a proven draw, has a decent resume and deserves a shot and he keeps getting fobbed off while Joshua tries and unifies or grows his brand in the US.

But I can't see how PBC can offer him anything better than Hearn is doing for him with Matchroom. With Wilder mandated to rematch Fury and then likely Breazeale he won't get a shot at Wilder before 2020 even if he signs with PBC and PBC have no big names other than Wilder that could see him make PPV money in the US market like he does in the UK.

Yes whyte has had some good wins since his loss to AJ but imo he hasn’t improved enough to beat AJ and it would be the same out come.

I’d like to see how whyte would do against povetkin or Ortiz if he blasts them out then let’s get the rematch on!

Hopefully AJ lands a fight vs wilder or fury next, meanwhile whyte can fight miller

I'd like to see Whyte fight either Wilder or Miller.

Is it possible that those fights could be made?

Dillian making a deal that may wreck everything he has builded up.

If he cannot get Wilder after he fights Fury, then he will end up shooting himself in the foot. He has to understand that it's not Hearn's fault that the WBC are playing with his livelihood.

If they ain't forcing Wilder to fight his mandatories then what can Hearn do?

He should go after Miller or Pulev. Miller would be good for building American profile building and Pulev would be good for the critics.

From what I can gather there is not much of a percentage of the actual PPV sales being offered.

So, it's OK saying his highest purse is doubled but Whyte believes he should be getting more of the PPV sales.

But regardless, Whyte should be ripping arms off, if he genuinely believes he wins and would be earning multi millions in the process as a voluntary defence, it's hard to back Whyte here.

They are all trying to squeeze Joshua for more money than they can justify. Whyte said it was an awful offer, Hearn said it was twice his highest ever gate, Hearn said hes sending an improved offer today. I know its business but its going too far. If Hearns numbers are legit all those offers to all the fighters are excellent offers its just that people have lost their heads thinking about what they could get from facing the money man.

Also if he signs with Haymon then it's Ortiz for very little money, Joe Joyce for very little money.. still no world title shot and by then who knows who has what belts?

Also if Whyte wants big money, and he obviously does because Hearn has offered him a world title shot, them he needs to look at Wilders purses for fighting Ortiz in a world title defence.

Also Whyte should look at James DeGale and how it went for him.

Whyte is just trying to force a Hearn's hand and I don't think it's going to work, this could end up with Whyte looking an idiot.

Sick of waiting is his pretending to grandstand now. I'm pretty good at judging someone's behaviour and I can tell you Whyte doesn't want Joshua next unless he's over paid because he himself said after Parker he's not ready and needs a few more fights.

All this ducking b.s is nonsense , he's just another loud mouth in line with the rest. He was however brutally knocked out so he knows fact from fiction. The others? Not so much and it'll be harsh reality.

I agree with this sentiment completely.
However, from Whyte's pov, I can completely understand how unfair the situation is.
Sure, AJ is a favourite and the public interest is diminished because, ironically, Whyte had the balls to fight him early!
IMO, fighters like Parker, H Fury and Whyte are the lifeblood of the marquee division and it annoys me a lot to see people deify other, relatively inactive fighters above them.
Team Wilder especially tipify all that's wrong with current boxing management, his ducking of a career high pay-day with both Whyte and AJ is getting genuinely shameful imo.
Fury I give more leeway to in terms of inactivity due to his "issues" and I think he has more moxie than he's really shown post Klitschko.
The fact that genuinely successful and keen fighting men like Whyte and Parker can't line up a fight or 2 with Wilder is a scourge on boxing as a functional and appealing sport. No-one should be defending this tosh.
