Okay then I’ll rephrase. Would Fury sell 94,000 against a foreign fighter of similar ability to Whyte?

Fury fights Wilder in America in December 2018 - 20,000 sell out

Fury fights Schwarz in America 6 months later - 3,000 tickets sold.

    The opponent matters.

Interesting, it looks to me that the Klitschko's did not want to fight in Russia again.

If it was a top contender yes. Lets look at the options (WBC rankings):

    1. Deontay Wilder - Sell out
    2. Andy Ruiz Jr. - Sell out
    3. Joe Joyce - Sell out
    4. Luis Ortiz - Dubois but unlikely Fury would fight him unless mandatory.
    5. Joseph Parker - Scrub as they will never fight each other.

Wallin and Swarchz are not ranked by the WBC so he would not be fighting them at Wembley unless it's a voluntary or as a late replacement. Both scenarios are 200/1 shots in the case of Wallin only. These fights were tune up fights as he continued his recovery from alcoholism and depression.

They're all at it mate, it's just that Hearn worked his magic and got Dillian a free ride. Big Baby got caught and never got another chance, how's that fair?

We will see more in a few weeks after fury v whyte but at the moment I don’t think Fury v Ruiz or Ortiz would sell out.

No problem with Whyte, I actually quite like the guy and think he is a decent fighter (not boxer).

You are. Joyce is a nobody yet he would sell out Wembley? Then you mention alcoholism etc. Pure waffle. You're a hater.

Good point. It is a very interesting fight imo that people obviously want to see, as ticket sales prove. I think it’s going to be a good fight.

Exactly. Joshua and Usyk are tied up with each other so Whyte is the next best option. Not denying Fury is clearly the A side but to say ‘94,000 people are turning up just to watch Fury’ is way off.

Dillian Whyte's involvement in this fight has nothing to do with it selling 94k tickets.
