If it does go ahead it's got 12 rounds wrote all over it. Both have decent chins and both have decent enough power but i can't see either having enough power to stop each other. Breazeale was training for a fight and has shown heart against AJ and dillian whyte shown enough heart against chisora when tiring towards the end of that fight to see it out here. If it's close 1 or 2 rounds in it I can only see 1 winner and that's dillian whyte ( whether he's on the right or wrong side of the decision) as I think the judges will sway towards matchrooms fighter as this would be where any future money fights Would be.
Hearn confirmed today that Whyte's opponent will definitely NOT be Breazeale, and that Whyte's opponent will be announced shortly. Looks like Sky messed up with announcing it. This content is protected
Hearn says in his interview they may end up getting the original boxer they were after for Whyte. Anyone any ideas who was mentioned as his 1st potential opponent? Reading between the lines he seems to say that this potential opponent went another route but this fight isn't on any more
Knew such a decent match up couldn't be made so easily. This is boxing after all. Whyte will be matched with a shot fighter like Helenius ffs.
Probably Helenius, but I remember that Takam was also mentioned in the early goings. He is probably still available, but more dangerous than Helenius.
He’s already turned it down weeks ago hasn’t he cos he wouldn’t have enough of a training camp/the travelling etc.
