agreed -- very poor card and not much hype at all. It will be a fun fight for sure and I would watch as part of my already expensive sky package but ppv is a joke

The boxing fans will buy in more than enough numbers to generate a decent profit on Saturday.

Matchroom, Sky and Fighters all happy.

Lomachenko Vs Lopez is not on PPV. Just on regular old ESPN.

But we get £20 for 5 fights in a back garden.

I'd get better value walking in to my local at 10.55pm buying a pint and watching the locals have straighteners outside.

I'd get at least one woman's Heavyweight fight, the rest would be more competitive and they wouldn't be stopped early and I wouldn't have to listen to Adam Smiths and Matt Macklins embarrassing one sided commentaries.

Good grief, all the pundits are discussing whether Fury wants to fight Whyte...they think not, and he might just dump his belt to avoid him ZZZzzzzzz.

Match Room FC under orders trying to sell the notion that Whyte is a big deal

And you know what, even if Fury doesn't want to fight him, its not gonna be a bottle job but the fact that he cant be arsed and wants to go straight in to the biggest money earner in HW boxing rather than tinker around with Whyte

So we've to give fury exemptions coz he can't be arsed then aye? hardly a fair way of looking at things.e.g two unified champions in Josh Taylor & Jose Ramirez are fighting their mando's to push through an undisputed fight..why? because they have to.don't want the obligations that come with being a champion?then get off the pot and risk the backlash.

What's the WBC split for a mandatory defence against an interim champion?

I can't see Fury taking a 55-45 split against Whyte. It's more of a 70-30 split. Whyte is unknown in the United States.

Honestly mate, speaking as a fan i couldnt care less about the mandos right now
I just want to see the biggest HW fight feat two brits of all time

If that means pushing other fights back, im all for it

Fair? No not really but fair is a term used very little in boxing

I’ll be watching the Channel 5 card as the amount and quality of PPVs on Sky is starting to take the mick.

Rumours Sky want to have just twelve dates per year in the next rights cycle with half of those being PPVs. That could work if the quality was much higher on all fronts.

This card will break even as Taylor will drive numbers in Ireland.

The Matchroom LinkedIn page is a right laugh. Full of mugths thanking (yes literally thanking) Hearn for putting a £20 PPV on.

Heard from Cousin Tony who works for Matchroom that the long-term objective is 24 cards per year with 12 on Sky Box Office.
