    OMFG

First i was so happy that it happens now this....

    Maaaaaan.

Whyte gets absolutely destroyed if it happens by the way.

Ortiz will clean the floor with him.

How bad does it undermine Deontay's best win if he loses to Whyte next time out?

Ortiz wouldn't lose to Whyte even if they'll wait untill Ortiz is 54

Exactly. Everyone who thinks Whyte has a decent chance vs Ortiz should rewatch the last fight where Whyte faced a living opponent: Dereck Chisora. And Chisora was absolutely robbed. Tells pretty much the whole story losing to Dereck Chisora ffs.

I do not rate Tann, Helenius or Browne as living opponents by the way before sb. is asking.

Going for Whyte on this one, because of the heart issues, and the beating grandpa Ortiz recieved off the devastating bronze bomber. I think Whyte's improved enough to survive a couple of scares to take Ortiz out late. Not that im hyping Whyte up too much, but the bodybuilder Joshua is probably a level of above Ortiz when he's off the PED's.

Hopefully this fight get's confirmed, much better fight than Pulev.

I'd favour Ortiz but I don't think it will be easy. Whyte is younger and faster and Ortiz won't pressure Whyte like Chisora did. But Whyte can't just walk in throwing like he usually does, he'll get countered and KO'ed if he tries that, he'll need to box a smarter fight than I've see him produce before to win.

I don't really rate Whyte as one of the top heavies, but he beats Ortiz comfortably.

    Whyte by stoppage within 8.

People can knock Whyte for being a lower top 10 HW, but at the end of the day, he fights anyone.
If he beats Ortiz, you will see him vs Wilder, with a very good chance of an upset.

Kong is a very risky fight for Whyte. I was surprised to hear it was a done deal and won't be surprised at all if it isn't happening.

This would be a fantastic fight and hope this still happens somehow. I think Ortiz would be too much for Whyte but you never know! Would be exciting while it lasts.

If Whyte is smart he ducks King Kong and tries to get the second payday vs AJ. But i am so ****ing pumped for the fight. Ortiz is one of my absolute favorites and he would put up a sensational performance like he did vs Wilder.
THe damage Kong would do to him could be a career ending experience. Would travel to the UK tbh. Great fight.
