So no mandatory fight at all for Whyte, not versus Pulev and not versus Ortiz... Wondering where this fight will bring him.
Parker by late KO. Whyte should have fought Ortiz, he probably would have retired him. This will still be a good fight though, 2 guys in their prime, will be an entertaining fight. Parker too skillful, too strong, too good a chin, simply too good for Whyte.
What happened to Jennings? Thought that fight was already made. Would have preferred the Ortiz fight but this is damn good alternative. I got Whyte by robbery.
Surprised Parker is taking it after the AJ scorecards. Not that he won that fight but it was closer. If this is close Whyte will probably get the win.
Not sure, how many fights does parker have left with duco? Im surprised Eddie made this so im wondering if theres a hidden agenda
What is going on here ? I knew that Pulev vs Whyte wont happen but thought Jennings vs Parker is happening and may be 20-30 % chance for Ortiz vs Whyte instead and now all of sudden this ? Is it announced or like last two ?
Naaa, Parker will win this one. Pretty sure a part of the deal will be that Hearn has options on Parker. Parker is the more skilled boxer, stronger puncher, has a better chin.. a quick analysis makes Parker the favorite IMO. Let's be real, Whyte has beaten Chisora (arguably), Helenius, and Browne, 3 guys on the very noticable downslide, Parker has been beating contenders in their prime and just had a close loss to the best fighter in the world. Hats off to Dillian Whyte though, he's as game as they come. Even if he loses, he wont lose bad, he will lose nothing and still be regarded as one the divisions best and most entertaining fighters.
I really don't know. Perhaps so, it could be that Eddie has options on Parker if he wins, otherwise this fight doesn't make a lot of sense from the Whyte/Matchroom perspective.
