On box office so you can only presume that Kell Brook will be on this card too

Wow, that's come out of left field. Thought he was fighting Pulev or Ortiz in eliminators?! Not sure how I feel about this fight, could be a proper snooze fest based on Parkers last few fights and Dillian isn't always the most entertaining fighter is he? If Whyte wins where does it leave him in terms of a title shot? Is Eddie just gonna give him another go at AJ as a voluntary?

Correct. AJ V Whyte does big business if Whyte keeps winning. The first fight had plenty drama and was entertaining. They would do double the PPV buys in a rematch now but this is a tough fight for Whyte.

That being said, if Whyte KO's Parker, the only man to take AJ the distance, it sets up the AJ Whyte rematch good and proper from a sales point of view doesn't it!

You know what, fair play to both fighters. It’s a fight neither need. Both warriors and wanting to fight the best. Meanwhile who’s Wilder fighting if not AJ?

Think this will be a dull fight but wow its a great fight to make. Very risky for both men.

Yeah might not be the firiest of fights but it's risky for both men

Good solid fight but deffo not ppv. He needs a solid undercard for this to sell

Darn, Whyte's picked the wrong one. That is the fight he shouldn't have chosen, ever. He beats Ortiz comfortably, he beats Pulev comfortably, but I'm afraid he gets smashed by Parker. Bad decision. Should have gone for Ortiz rather than an even more motivated, even more improved version of the Parker that fought AJ. Poor old Dillian has dug himself a hole for this one.

The good thing is though, it's going to be one hell of a fight. It'll be interesting to see what approach both men take. Whyte could make it an all out war, but he knows Parker's chin is the best in the division. But he could also risk a boxing match instead, however none of us really know how good Parker's skills truly are yet. It's a risk either way, and that's why I fear for Dillian.

It’s a fight nobody needed to make and with little reward at the end. There’s no mandatory or it’s not an eliminator as far as I’m aware and it’s not for any title so it’s not really PPV worthy.

I’m hoping for a stacked card. Get Campbell - Mendy on there, get Brook or Khan in a decent fight on there. **** it get both.

Both men deserve big credit but got to say fair play to Parker. A proper fighter that guy. Worried he'd go back to NZ without his title and fall into obscurity but he's right back in there with a name. We need these top guys to conduct themselves like this to keep the division alive and kicking. And Duco promotions as well, they could have easily milked Parkers WBO bauble to death, and Parker in general as he's there star name but they're ahppy to make the fights so fair play to them as well, refreshing.

Ppvs are becoming a joke now. All the mugs will lap it up though

I get how people feel about PPV criteria, but unfortunately this isn't the 90's / 00's. It's the new model, and to be honest if it gets fights made then I'll pay as I'm a boxing fan. Agree the card needs to be high end and hopefully it will be but Dillian does like to get paid and no doubt Parker isn't coming here again just to make peanuts. These two are getting paid well no doubt about it so I wonder what's left for the undercard?
