    The thing is, Whyte didn't have to take this fight in the first place, Wallin wasn't a mandatory or anything, Whyte chose Wallin, and could have chose someone **** like Franklin.

    Maybe Whyte is realising now that fighting anyone before Fury was a stupid risk.

    Don't see why we should feel bad for Wallin who was never entitled to a fight in the first place.

    You don't have any sympathy for someone who has gone through a 12 week camp for the 2nd biggest fight and probably the biggest payday of his career only to have their opponent drop out in dubious fashion two weeks out? If you view Wallin as a serious risk for Whyte, I don't know why you'd be excited to see him fight Fury.

    For anyone saying that Whyte is ducking, it makes no sense. The easiest way to duck is just don't fight or take an easy tune up. The training camp he's been in isn't a freebie he won off the back of a box of cereal ffs, he'll be losing money off of this so it makes literally zero sense to duck out deliberately a week before the fight.

    Obvious what was going to happen,Whyte clearly avoiding the risky Wallin fight to concentrate on getting the Fury fight . As the fight has got closer Whyte has most likely realised why risk it .

    Exactly. Wallin took the fight in good faith — if Whyte doesn't seek to reschedule, he just wasted months of the guy's time because he didn't fancy the job after all.


    Because Whyte has some delusions of grandeur and a big, fat mouth that never stops writing cheques his ass can't cash.
