Look of Twitter rumours popping up saying this will be announced on Friday.

Let's say that it's true, what do you think of the fight?

Decent scrap, Wach is a tough man and has OK power, I think its a competitive fight.

I think it'll be a boring fight but in terms of a step up for Whyte it's a good one.

I agree. Seen a lot of casuals on the Matchroom Twitter post already slating the fight. Some saying "who?" Watch has only ever lost to elite fighters, both who would destroy Whyte. He has the best win out of the two as well in Erkan Teper (I don't count Whyte's win over Chisora because he clearly lost IMO).

It's been confirmed by Matchroom now.

One things for sure is that this fight is 100% going the distance, both fighters have strong chins and not a lot of power. Whyte could win this on workrate but maybe Wach is a class above.

Yeah, I'm with you. The only stick casuals can give toward Hearn on this is when he said it would be a 'big name' which in isn't in all honesty but then what did they expect?

Good contest, not a huge name but a worth while step up fight for Whyte IMO. If he wins this then he could be considered a legit top 10 heavy. Not sure if he has the fan base to sell out the 02 against an unknown European though.

    Exactly this.

I also thought that the arena choice was ambitious. Who could he have lined up for the undercard to help this sell :nusenuse:

The matchroom post has the usual Olympians like Okolie. Buglioni-Summers is chief support

Another cockney that'll sell a few tickets. Bug will have gained a few fans who'd never seen him on Boxnation on that Joshua undercard. Hopefully he wins and we get to see Buglioni vs Burton II.

Don't think too much of Whyte, awesome fighter average boxer, bit harsh that he didn't rematch Chisora, considering I feel Chisora won the first

I like this fight. Wach has been sparring AJ for the klitschko fight so he'll be in pretty good shape. Close fight this one.

Hearn will stack the undercard for this, I know Bellotti will be on the undercard
