There is no "natural weight" for anybody. Weight depends on diet and training.

Im new to boxing and i started training a week ago to do amateur boxing. I had the same question so i looked at some stats which answered my questions. Every of the following boxers are top boxers in their category's.

    Featherweight(126)
    Robert Guerrero 5′ 8″
    Jorges Linares 5′ 8″
    Steven Luevano 5′ 7″

    Junior Lightweight(130)
    Manny Pacquiao 5′ 6½″
    Juan Marquez 5′ 7″
    Juan Guzman 5′ 7″

    Lightweight(135)
    Juan Diaz 5′ 6″
    Joel Casamayor 5′ 7″

    Junior Welterweight(140)
    Ricky Hatton 5′ 6½″
    Junior Witter 5′ 7″
    Paul Malignaggi 5′ 8½″

    Welterweight(147)
    Floyd Mayweather 5′ 8″
    Miguel Cotto 5′ 7″
    Antonio Margarito 5′ 11″
    Carlos Quintana 5′ 9½″

    Junior Middleweight(154)
    Joachim Alcine 5′ 10½″
Oscar de la Hoya 5′ 10½″
    Cory Spinks 5′ 9½″

Floyd Mayweather has the same height as Robert Guerrero, yet theres a 20 pound difference. So its really a personal thing.
Myself, at 5'11 and 154pound when i started training last week, could move to Welterweight if i really wanted through a very hard training/diet. But since this is the first time i really train my body(never did sports seriously before), i'd rather lose that extra fat and stick around 154(which will be hard because muscles>fat in weight). When i reach a higher muscular mass, then i can see if i want to move down to 147. Also keep in mind that all these fighters de-hydrate themselves big time before the weight-in, which is not really an option for you until you go Pro.

    So like Virus says:

Like a few people have said train hard and see how far your weight goes down. I'm 6'0 and before i trained i weighed between 140-147, after a few months of good training and diet i can get as low as 130 with ease, without feeling weak, losing power or looking too skinny!

I think your legs are key as i have very skinny legs, which has helped me. I have friends who play football at the same height as me and same upperbody, yet bigger legs and weight 10-15 lbs more.
