I'm a Lewis fan, more than a Klitschko fan, but I have to admit WiDDoW's claims are not baseless, and they are interesting none the less.

No, WALDO collapsed because he got hit on the chin, it's something that happens quite often in boxing and is certainly more plausible than the

that the Klitschko fans make for him suddenly losing control of his lower limbs that night.

You never said he fought his best fight ever, you said that the WALDO fight "must be his prime regardless of age" which is bull****.

Lewis didn't hook off the jab nearly as ofteen or as effectively as Wlad does. Watch his fight against Rahman, double triple, straight, straight, hook, back to straight, paw to range find & lead left hook. Nice work IMO.

He always struck me as a decent guy too despite his past. I know he deliberately wound Lewis up in the pre-fight stuff but Lewis was a **** for the way he acted towards Rahman after that rematch.

Sad to see him the way he was against WALDO but the same could be said for most of WALDOS over the hill, cherry picked opposition :hey

I agree that Lewis didn't fight Bowe but who's fault was that? He didn't fight Tyson in his mythical prime either, because Mike was serving time for ****. Not really Lewis' fault either..............

So you're now using Rahman to prove how great WALDO is? I'm getting confused here, a few posts ago PRIME Rahman was **** and now you're bigging WALDO up for his performance against the shot version :huh:huh:huh

Nah, just mentioning the jabbing performance by Klitschko, learn to read. Rahman had a prime? I guess it would be his lucky KO punch vs. Lewis but that was very short lived huh? :yep

Bowe already got stopped by Lewis for a gold medal. That is why he ran from Lewis in the pros. Lewis beat Holyfeld two times when Holyfeld stepped up to the plate. I find it interesting that Holyfeld and Bowe matched up so well it took almost two years to decide a winner but Bowe was destroyed by Golota shortly after and Holyfeld lost to Lewis. It is a good thing Lewis never wasted his time with Bowe. I think we all know the outcome of that match up. Lewis by easy ko. Something like the Golota wipe out. Moore was on of the worst champions of all time he lost his belt to a senior citizen. An old Lewis still had enough to take out Vitalli Klitchko who is looking to be a pretty good fighter. I don't care who was ahead on the cards Lewis got the win. There was nothing shaky about it Klitchko got stopped on cuts. TKO. I would say the only black mark on Lewis career since he avenged his losses is his not fighting for his IBF and WBA belts. IMO he could have beat both of those guys.

As for Vitalli he has had injury problems so his chances of reaching Lewis stature are not likely. Good fighter but wasted a lot of time in low profile fights when he was ready for the big times. I would have liked to see him earlier in his career fightiing on prime time against top guys. Time is catching up with him.

Wlad has a good chance to really make his mark. It has been a little tougher for him because of his high profile losses. In reality they are no worse than Tysons, Lewis, or the rest of them. But for some reason he has do a little more to make up for them. Of course the TOS fight was a disaster even though he won his stock dropped a little because of it. The Peter fight was a huge win but again he would have got a lot more credit if he had stayed on his feet. But in the end it is all about wins. If he keeps on winning I cannot see how he can be denied. But it helps a lot to unify it seems all the modern greats have done that.

I should have pointed it out better - ANYONE can look good against a ****ing punchbag.

Do you think WALDO would have been landing those jabs against Lewis? Or even Haye? I can't wait to see him try hooking off the jab against the Hayemaker, he'll get clocked every single time he tries it.

I agree 100% with this post! If Wlad can unify the WBO, IBF, WBC & WBA he will be remembered as an ATG, possibly as high as top 10 since it's harder now than ever to do so with all the politics & bull**** mandatory defenses.
