Widest points victory margin

    Does anyone know what the widest points victory margin is in modern professional boxing?

    It wasn't a points victory but Vitali Klitschko was 10 and 11 points up after only 7 complete rounds against Danny Williams. If this had gone the distance it would have been an incredibly wide margin

    150-128, one of Lupe Pintors title defences....it'll be a 15 rounder surely.

    One judge had Ali beating Rudi Lubbers by 18 points, another by 17.

    Larry Holmes vs. Tex Cobb was 150-135 on 2 of the judges card

    How about this for a 12 rounder?

    Nana Konadu vs. Gilberto Roman. One of the cards tabled was 119-103

    Thats considered to be the most one sided heavyweight title fight in history. The crowd were booing the ref for not stopping it.

    Bobby Czyz won a shut out against journeyman George O'Mara, scoring one knock down. Two judges scored it 100-89, but the third had it 100-72...
