Wil Vitali Klitschko forego McCline and go right for the Peter Maskaev winner?

    Yes!

This has the makings of a huge fight. Vitali will be seen as the underdog, with three plus years of inactivity, and three surgeries. But boxing fans will also realize that if he's *on*, and is back to being even half what he was in 2003, he'll hammer Maskaev or Peter, either one.

I like the way this is turning out, now. With this latest confirmation that Vitali is going for the title, *cold*, and without any warmup, he's showing he still has great confidence in himself.

I thought fighting McCline, after so long outta the ring was a ballsy move, but this is taking ballsy to another level.
