Wilder’s chin seemed to have improved, he took some heavy blows from Parker without going down

I thought his chin was already certified, when he took those bombs from Fury in the 3rd fight, and still fought back. He always showed a good chin and recovery, when he was hurt.

On the contrary, I think Wilder’s chin is average but not great. He undoubtedly is mentally tough and has heart but imo the real reason he’s been able to take so many punches is because Fury and Parker are not particularly big punchers compared to the other top fighters in the division (bar Usyk). I think Wilder is vulnerable to a big puncher.

Of course, his right hand remains a great equaliser to this.

His legs were gone after that overhand right of Parker. His legs were absolutely gone that moment. He start shaking like a robot for the rest of the rounds. Just like he always does, when someone hits him hard enough. And there is obvious reason for that, just look at his legs. :D

I thought Parker was a featherfist? Razvan Cojanu and Junior Fa didn't go down from his shots either.

Wilder's chin is average. He gets rocked by average shots. Molina shook him to his boots, and we all know what average punching Fury did any time he landed flush. And average punching Parker had him badly rocked of course.

He never had to take a flush right from Wlad and survive. That's the litmus test of a good chin.

Wilder has always had a solid chin some of the left hooks he took from Stiverne in their first fight would have laid out a Povetkin, Whyte or Pulev.

But since being stopped twice he now seems more affected when hit. The punches seems to affect him more now

He's got a good chin but let's not forget Fury and Parker aren't big punchers

To add to my original post I would put Wilder's chin on the same sort of level as Wlad's. Neither have been knocked out cold it's always been an accumulation of shots which has led to a referee stoppage. 3.5 out of 5.

And people forget in a kick boxing bout the "iron chinned" Vitali got knocked out cold by Pele Reid. There's nothing online showing the "glass chinned" Wilder or Wlad being put to sleep in that manner.

Solid solid beard took bombs off Ortiz, Parker & Fury

Took Fury to wear him down wrestling to get him out of there

Hell even after the final knockdown in the 3rd Fury fight he was getting back up at the end of the count he wasn't afforded

Wilder is a tough SOB and his ability to stay upright is wierd
