Why is a fraud? Because Povetkin didn't enforce his mando, and got cut against Wach delaying the fight? Because Povetkin tested positive for a banned substance? Yes WADA cleared him, but Povetkin clearly had a huge transformation in his body from the Wlad fight till now, people have been pointing this out for ages.
