The 31-year-old insisted that a unification bout with AJ will 'never happen'. "You want to dominate guys, man. Maybe I'm just too rough, too hard-core and too much of a dream for this time and era, maybe the world wants that nice s***. "I don't think we'll ever see a unification bout. We'll never see it, and I don't want people to get their hopes up on it because it'll never happen. "They couldn't say anything about fighting me. They couldn't mention my name. They went around me "I'm too dangerous. You've seen what I do in the ring. I don't play around. https://www.sportbible.com/boxing/r...explosive-rant-on-ruiz-jr-and-joshua-20191209
If he beats Fury, he will be rated as the best heavyweight. If Joshua wants to be the best, he will have to take his spot.
Hearn's quotes in the article were equally bad. Doesn't seem like anyone on either side wants the fight.
The more these guys say they won't fight each other, the more it's likely to happen. Fights don't get made when they don't mention each other at all. Everyone is setting it up, but imo Fury is going to beat Wilder first (officially).
I guess Wilder is no longer undisputed WBC champion since Whyte has the interim title. He would need to beat him to be undisputed WBC champ.
I believe Wilder, he's about to get his ass handed to him again by Fury but this time the judges won't save him. Fury will likely man up however, and the biggest showdown on the planet will take place at Wembley stadium in 2020. Fury/AJ 50/50 All the marbles. If not 2020 then Fury again will still man up and give Whyte his fair shot. While AJ sort's his mandos out.
