Would love to see the return of the Dave Allen tbf but wouldn’t happen. The white Rhino poses to much of a threat ;) lol

I don't like Wilder but i respect him as a fighter after the second Fury fight. He showed a lot of heart and deserves some respect for sure. Not necessarily for his skills but his mentality, heart and will was crazy. I'll give him a pass here. It was a career-ending beatdown and everyone should be happy that Wilder is returning, some guys would have packed it in. It was just brutal. I'm happy that Wilder returns. I mean i'm not a fan, and i think he has almost zero skills but his power is a true equalizer and he's a fun addition to the HW scene because he could lose to some absolute no names but his power is such a true equalizer he also could compete with the elite.

He did had skills and too much bags in the ring. Then he turned into simple 1 handed boxer.

Can anyone post an article on this? I cannot find any evidence of this fight?

Isn't it obvious? I'm looking to tap into the wisdom and experience of the Bomb Squad, find out what tactical analysis they've made of Negron and where they think his name would belong in the glorious pantheon of warriors dispatched by the Bronze Bomber.:headbash

I would like to see a puny keyboard warrior survive that check hook jab from a 300 lb pound behemoth in Dustin Nichols and comeback and win. I think your selling Deontay a bit short there Holler.

    I'm a lover not a fighter
That's clear for all to see,
If Nichols tries to beat me up,
    I'll spout some poetry,

I'm given to giving him a pass for this fight. Got absolutely broken into pieces last time, let him fight this guy knowing the next fight better be serious or he isnt'.

Seriously great post. So based on history, BumSquad’s next opponent is about average. Can’t believe people are dumb enough to support a guy who is a bum specialist. He’s the Bum Hunter or should I say Bum Catcher. Worst resume of any highly ranked HW champ with more than 40 fights in history. He fought one guy with a pulse and lost twice to him.

Please note, Wilder isn’t taking an easy fight because he’s been out for so long or because he’s coming off a loss. He’s taking this Bumfight because that’s what he does. He’s a specialist after all.

I can't take responsibility for compiling that list (bar I think the Ortiz and Fury entries which I suspect I wrote) as I lifted it off (don't tell anyone) another boxing forum that MAY NOT BE NAMED. Someone else did the legwork in other words. I did credit them when I first purloined it, think I actually asked them if they minded, but this is a couple of years ago or more.

I repost it now because it always makes me laugh. :)

Ive seen all of Donkey’s televised fights and knew he fought bums but that list really illustrates the level of bums he fought. His resume is disgraceful. In fairness his next opponent will probably be no worse than his average opponent. He’s not shaking off the rust, he’s getting back to the Bum Squad business as usual. Sad that people still consider this guy a legit former champ.

Could I ask what they were using for their rankings? You mentioned that you added two to the list...

edit: actually it must have been boxrec as I think they are the only ones who bother going past 100.

42nd Dominic Breazeale - where was he ranked?
43rd Luis Ortiz - where was he ranked?
44th Tyson Fury - I'm guessing he was considered the number 1 heavyweight at this point.

So whilst I agree Wilder's resume is a disaster, it could be argued it took the number 1 guy to beat him.
