Based on what exactly? Parker is going to be Number 1 in Wilder resume by far. Parker is ex World HW Champion. Ortiz was 50 years old with not a single notable win.
And Parker has seen it all and has been with most top 10 fighters. AJ, Joyce, Whyte, Chisora, Takam, Ruiz, Dimitrenko, Hughie Fury, etc.

You can come and tell me Ortiz resume, and how exactly he would be Wilder best win.

If Wilder wins, and that is a big if, as fight is yet to happen, Parker is 100% Wilder best win by a country mile.

On paper, yes. But in reality, it won't be his hardest win. I'd take 2018 Ortiz over Parker all day.

Not long till we find out.

But this is not about hardest fight, but best win, and Parker is clearly going to be.
And if Wilder win in dominating fashion even more.
But the fight is yet to happen, so can we wait and see how it will plays out first, as Parker is absolutely live dog in that fight.

Ruiz vs Parker and Ruiz vs Parker were similarly close fights in terms of the boxing. If Ortiz was 43 but didn't have the chin of a 43 year old he would have gotten a draw. Also he "struggled" vs Martin as he was flash knocked down twice, but that's really due to old man chin, he dominated the boxing and KOd Martin in 5. I'm not an Ortiz fan or anything.

I know that Wilder beats Usyk & AJ
I also know that Fury beats any man born from their mother

You will not accept this imparted knowledge and as such you are the one who's mental health is in decline.

It would be his best win no doubt.

No, you THINK he beats them. You've not shown anything but fanboying Fury on this forum. And doing so more in an 'MCV" troll type manner than anything serious. You're barely a boxing fan. Hell, you said the same stuff about Joyce until he was beaten a little while back. Your schtick is old and played out dude. You were once entertaining, now you're an old broken record.

I have a feeling that Parker's chin is done. It wasn't just a single shot that Joyce hurt him with, it was an accumulation of head shots that shook him up over the fight. A much more damning version was Wilder vs Fury. Fury isn't a big puncher at all and he had Wilder wobbling around the ring from sharp jabs and well-timed counters.

It's an interesting match up, if Parker gets a stiff fast jab going and the right upper cut, Wilder can be put out early.
If Wilder comes out without the care of getting sparked out, he takes care of Parker early.

The Parker that lost to Joshua would have beaten Wilder - and i'm not a Parker fan...

Deontay Wilder flooring Tyson Fury twice and successfully defending his heavyweight title for the eighth time was the biggest notch on his record.

Everyone knows it. Wilder certainly didn't lose anything. He got the higher purse, scored all the knockdowns, walked out of the ring with title and defended it three more times after that.

Wilder's seventh defense against the undefeated Luis Ortiz was another standout. As was his tenth defense against the same Ortiz. He scored four knockdowns in those two fights.

Parker's only been stopped once. Joshua certainly couldn't do it. When Wilder takes his head off, it'll be impressive. But it won't be the most impressive KO he's scored - unless an unconscious Parker craps himself while he's down there.

Wilder's totally fit and ready to go. He's so comfortable now, totally the opposite of Joshua.

As Foreman would tell you, being comfortable helps older punchers.

KO'ing Parker with 1 punch will prove Wilder is the hardest puncher of all time without question

Could always break his hand though and turns into a bad bad night for him although he hasn't had hand issues for a while

I just don't rate Parker highly. At all. Used to think he looked slick and had some size and I was rooting for him, but it turns out he lacks want-to. Who did he beat? And to say that Ortiz can't stand up to Parker? Who has Parker KO'd? Only guy KO'd Ortiz was Wilder. Even if you give Parker the win over...Ruiz (who has turned out to be not much) that was 2016. That 's 2 years before Ortiz even fought Wilder. So the more I think about it, I think if Ortiz had fought Parker after Parker fought Ruiz I'd have taken Ortiz.

I was on the Joyce train but turns out that he ain't all that, either. Anybody that can box a bit and is big and strong and can punch (all of which Ortiz was the first time he fought Wilder) is in that fight bigtime. Why should I be convinced that Ortiz doesn't break Joyce's face? Dubois was landing punches before Joyce broke his face. Think he was up on the cards. I rate Ortiz as more durable than DuBois.

Your response caused me to go back and look at Boxrec just to make sure that I wasn't forgetting some epic win or loss or KO or something. I found nothing that convinces me that anybody's resume since LL hung em up is much good. Including Wlad. The only guys he beat that I rate higher than any of the guys we were just discussing is Byrd and Ray Mercer. (Btw, Luis Ortiz stopped Jennings right after Wlad couldn't get it done.) So when you say that the farce of a heavyweight championship "fight" in which Fury managed to out-cower a much faded Wlad is leaps and bounds above Fury's wins over Wilder and is Fury's best win, that doesn't impress me much.

I think we have some fundamental differences on who we think is good among recent heavyweights and what "good " is.

Let me make something clear as long as I'm this far into it: I don't like how Wilder conducts himself in the public eye. Imo he's gullible and regularly shames himself with his pronouncements. I was with him until he let somebody talk him into "the struggle".

Here's what I think of "the struggle" and the plight of contemporary black Americans (especially wealthy athletes that probably own about half of Alabama):

That said, I don't hate the guy as a boxer. I am able to separate my contempt for his public persona from what he does in the ring (not easy to do, granted. i try not to watch boxer interviews any more. helps some). He's usually fun to watch and he does have balls. At this point, the bar is pretty ****ing low.
