Deontay thinks that he will be "using good footwork" Deontay must be as thick as bricks, because we all see he has such bad footwork that he even gets outboxed against his pitifully weak competition, until he catches them. The polish cab driver who was just starched by another Pole, and the failed American football player who was just starched by that obese American, both out boxed him. What will a trained elite boxer do to him? An early and brutal KO loss is the result for him
My biggest fear with Wilder is that he beats Stiverne for his mandatory, who is clearly no longer a top ten hw and may never have been. And then gets to feast on Wawrik, bronco Billy type fighters for another couple years. Then we've got a guy who is top 5 in hw title stats, time and defenses, who never even defended once against a clear top ten hw. It's unprecedented in the hw's and would be a travesty to history, would make the achievements of the great hws look much more questionable. I just want him to prove himself or lose so the division doesn't get any more embarrassed than it has been.
People have to understand this wasnt his big announcement ...THAT was the fake fight with Ortiz negotiaitions one. He was due to make another bc hes already stalled the Stiverne fight to long as is , which should have happened months ago. No this is just another well timed wilder distraction to show you hes STILL calling out ppl ( even though the fight like the others ,isnt possible) in what will continue to Joshua super fight for the $$$. Cant wait to bump my old thread of that 2019 Joshua fight. And else where that i put up a poll on the odds of an Ortiz fight happening with Wilder.....lol
Questions of a 'casual' no. 177203408; Isn't there a clause that a champion can stall his mando if he fights a unification with another champion or is that only the case with certain sanctioning bodies and not the case with IBF/WBA? Pulev is such a dull prospective opponent for Joshua next, Wilder would be far more interesting and a great consolation for not getting the Klitschko rematch. Not that I expect it to happen.
I'll bet Ego has made another vid on this lol Ego is Wilders no 1 fan at the mo and for the last month has been psy opping us about Wilder v Ortiz saying we're all gonna look so silly when Wilder fights Ortiz next,I've given Ego a pass on this and told him Wilder gets another pass on the account he's has the Buffet King next but after that given that we're told he wants the Ortiz fight sooo bad and that cause they're both under Haymon it's easy to make,if then he doesn't face Ortiz then it's guys like Ego who should be feeling silly. As it goes if Wilder does face Ortiz I won't be feeling silly I'll be elated.
Why would Wilder's evasiveness in fighting top contenders make the achievement of other HWs champs who never evaded top contenders questionable?
LMAO Yeah we've seen that good footwork when Wilder was tripping over his feet against Szpilka falling over.
We'll see what AJ is about when he decides which mandatory to pick. Most likely the weaker Pulev and ducking Ortiz. I'm seeing every excuse in the book coming out of AJ's camp why they can't fight Wilder asap.
