    - He's the boogeyman of the division
    - When Wilder made his Pro-debut AJ was still in pampers.
    - He's been Champion for longer
    - Hasn't been dropped for 7 years since Sconier's bout
    - He ducks no one
    - He has better movement/agility
    - He will baptize AJ

    Hearn needs to accept the 50-50 split
