Yes, but to do something well, you have train doing it RIGHT.

In that time, did he throw a decent job or try to improve his footwork? Or did he just lumber around looking for the straight right hand?

Was this 307 rounds of re-enforcing bad habits?

    Sounds like he's overdoing it.

If he is doing sparring also it's a waste of brain cells...but not many of them left

300 rounds of them could be on the speedbag, who knows?

He could solve the energy crisis with 307 rounds of windmilling,.get him strapped up to the grid

Wilders jab has allowed him to land that “telegraphed” right hand on every man he’s ever been in with, including multiple times on an ATG slickster in Fury.

i wonder how active he has been since the fury loss as far as staying in the gym

he had two taxing fights with fury and helenius is a pretty big puncher, hopefully he comes in at a good form. he seems to suffer injuries in his fights hopefully he doesnt over do it

that is about 25 rounds a day, 75 minutes of work with 30 or 60 seconds rest between rounds. That would take about 1.5 to 1.75 hours to complete. For example, 8 rounds shadow boxing, 8 rounds on the heavy bag, 4 rounds on the mitts, 3 rounds on the jump rope, 2 rounds of floor exercises. A good workout, but he should be able to recover before the next workout. If he does the workout without stopping or skipping rounds he should be in good shape for a fight.
