Wilder doesn't have the self belief a top boxer should have

Not a fan of Wilder but it isn't his fault that his toughest opponents have failed their drug test and thus the fight has been called off.

 

I disagree. I think it's the opposite, he's over confident in his abilities but is just too dim to realise that logistically someone with credibility at the WBC is protecting him. I think he genuinely believes he is the scariest mofo since Tyson.

 

You guys know he have a management that do all the matchmaking for him, right? Wilder have little say in who's he fighting, it's too much money involved for a fighter to call the shots.

Parker for example don't have the same backing and because of that he have to fight to earn what's his, but, I know he have little say in who he's fighting as well.

It's not a fighters job to find fights that the fans want, that's the managements job, a fighters job is to fight.

 

Stiverne went life and death with Derek Rossy and has otherwise been completely inactive.

That must have put him in prime position as Mando. The WBC is really protecting that chin.

 

Lol... Yeh because his management thought Szpilka, Washington, Arreola, Molina, Duahapas were the right fights to boost his profile and make money? If so, he needs new management. Parker's management have made much better matches... As have Joshua's.

 

2 of those fighters are short notice replacements, and 2 of them coming off of injuries. Don't even mention Parker, he's ducking Wilder and everybody knows Parker is food to either Wilder or AJ. AJ himself is putting out rhetoric that he doesn't have the experience to be ready and may duck Wilder in 2018. Experience isn't a problem with Wilder as he got his in, he's ready now to knock out AJ.

Explain to me why Wilder has still not fought a top 10 contender? He had plenty of chances but refused, what has he got other than power and a decent jab? He leaves his head open every time he punches, AJ will KO Wilder within 6 rounds, Joshua fought at least 4-5 better fighters than Wilder ever had. I wanna see Usyk vs Wilder so The BumSquad can get a lesson in boxing
