So it should be an easy win for your boy right? Let's make it happen, for some reason wilder and his handlers aren't as confident as you guys are He's not that scary, he's only 6'2 remember https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olYxX3Bi6ZI
He's small ginger and white. He has no chance. Hahahhahahahah Seriously wilder gets stomped By povetkin
Yeah, everyone knows Povetkin "struggles with tall fighters!" I mean, because the one time he fought the best tall fighter in the world he lost...and of course Wilder uses his size every bit as well as Wlad so yeah...easy game!
Povetkin is a great boxer and probably the best boxer in the Heavyweight division other than Wladimir.
At first, people were saying Povetkin steam-rolls him because Wilder got wobbled by Molina. He goes on to beat Duhaupas and suddenly Wilder is legit? :rofl Hilarious seeing the flip-flopping. I hope Povetkin is the underdog because I'll be laughing all the way to the bank. Wilder has absolutely no chance.
The state of the current HW division is as such that fighter's can't even throw a counter right over Wilder's pawing jab. How many fighters from the 90's or even the 80's would've countered that jab and detonated him.....Povetkin is beatable, but I don't see Wilder doing it.
Povetkin can be hit easily with an uppercut....does Wilder have a decent uppercut? IDK. The Russian also always looks tired by the 3rd round to me... As an American I'll support Wilder but this would be a tough one for him. He'd have to stay outside and jab jab jab! No infighting...unless he gets close enough to drop that uppercut.
No one is saying he isn't any good, he's clearly a top 5 HW. What I'm saying is that Wilder stylistically is a bad match up for him.
Yeah, he's not that good. But he's MORE than good enough to shatter that fraud Wilder's glass jaw. :nod
He's alot more technically sound than Wilder. Here's how it'll play out: 1. Povetkin lands power shot 2. Wilder lands on canvas 3. Game Over
One of the most intriguing aspects of this match up is that both guys have pretty good finishing skills. Once they smell blood they attack their opponents like a high school bully whose mom was just insulted by a geek. They both possess the one punch power and finishing skills so they can both knock one other out. On the outpointing front though I don't think Povetkin has a chance against Wilder's jab. He will either KO Wilder or get outpointed by a wide margin.
