Wilder/Fury rematch won't take place until February 2020

How much of it was Wilder being better or Stiverne being older and fatter and even less motivated? Not saying Wilder couldn't do better in the rematch though his lack of technique and general rings smarts suggest it's unlikely.

But I doubt we'll find out any time soon how Wilder does in the Fury rematch as it looks like Arum is doing whatever he can to delay it happening.
