The point I was trying to elude to is that I don't condone or feel a need for professional sportsmen to go around threatening permanent injury and hoping their children are privy to it. When Charlie Zelenoff was threatening Wilder every couple of hours and calling him n****r and threatening his disabled daughter I was 100% behind Wilder punching a hole through that obnoxious little prat.

I always saw Wilder more as a clown figure dodging anybody with a pulse. It's really sad that now that he's FINALLY stepping up the level of competition with guys like Ortiz, he's ALSO revealing himself as another Charlie Zelenoff. If he carries on like this he's going to gather himself some genuine haters as opposed to guys like me who just want to have a laugh.

Fighters must be squeaky clean, dressed in shirt and tie, say the right PC friendly things in a nice sofetly spoken manner that are tolerable to your ears in order for you to like them?

I think snooker would be more of your cup of tea if we're being honest. You get to watch men dressed smartly in bow tie and waste coat, suited and booted.
