The only times he’s been dropped legitimately due to being hurt was in the 3rd Fury fight and against Zhang.

The Fury rematch was partially due to balance, and he was hurt against Ortiz, but stayed in his feet, took clean punches from Chisora without growing his legs as well.

Sure, he always looked ungainly and may have gotten pushed around in the clinch, which may have gave the impression he also had a weak chin, but I believe throughout his career, he took punches well overall.

Do you believe Wilder had an underrated chin?

I think this fight goes to show how inconsistent fighter durability can be. Wilder ate bombs from Chisora, but was dropped several times by a relative non puncher in Fury. Chisora was hurt badly and dropped by Parker in the rematch, but here he took bombs from Wilder without ever seeming as badly hurt. In this case I think the main difference was that both Wilder and Chisora were slow as hell and telegraphing everything which allowed them to brace better for each-others shots. They also were just more prepared for a physically demanding fight where they'd need to walk through punishment.

Fury had forty pounds on Wilder in the second and third fight, you have take that into account. The main factor for Wilder, is that he is very courageous and never gives up.

Chisora only landed the odd single shot though on Wilder and he was very sloppy.

Whilst Chisora has more power than Fury in regards to single punches.

Fury was able to land much more consistently than Chisora and give Wilder a sustained beating.

Plus Fury leaned on Wilder with a big weight advantage and wore him out slowly but surely.

I also disagree that Chisora wasn't badly hurt by Wilder. Chisora was gone in the 8th round and if Wilder hadn't hesitated or the referee wouldn't of gave Chisora time to recover.

I think Wilder could've got Chisora out of there in the 8th round.

Before anyone talks **** about Wilder's chin, I recommend you look up numbers of the weight in of the guys that KOed him and then tell me he had a shitty chin

Yeah, Dustin Nichols was over three bills when he had Wilder on the canvas:

And Sconiers apparently almost had him out of there. Guys with "underrated" chins don't taste canvas against tomato cans like this, and then fight carefully selected "opposition" until featherfisted Fury exposed his suspect whiskers for all to see!!!

First off, I have not laughed that hard in a long time. It looked like the fat guy was gonna fall out of the ring.

Anyway, that wasn't really him being hurt . It was more his shitty squat balance he did and he leaned backwards and fell on his back.

Fury landed more consistently on Wilder in their fights but the first shots that initially dropped him, came early into the fights, before he'd been battered all around the ring and totally tired out. One would have to think that the right Chisora landed in the 8th on a fatigued Wilder would have more effect on him than the right Fury first dropped him with in their second fight, yet Wilder ate Chisora's and immediately returned fire, but was dropped by Fury's. Chisora also employed bully tactics to tire Wilder out and make him uncomfortable, though obviously they weren't as effective as Fury's.

And Chisora was hurt against Wilder yesterday, but what I'm saying is that it was certainly never as much as he was hurt against a supposedly much lesser puncher in Parker. Parker on multiple occasions made his legs genuinely wobbly, had him crashing into the ropes, and he scored a clean knockdown on him aswell. Not to mention that Parker did this to a younger better version of Chisora.

As silly as Wilder looks there, you can tell he was a lot quicker then.
