Ah, I forgot that Duhaupas, Szpilka, Molina and the like were beltholders.

He's hoping the Briggs-Oquendo fight gets made, give some step aside money to Ustinov, after the Briggs-Oquendo fight he'll have him as his mandatory. The road to undisputed is rough.

Wilder ain't bad. Fury will destroy him. I don't say that lightly. Wilder is dangerous but fury is other caliber. Imagine fury going into depntays body. Kills it

Did he actually say this or has this been made up to troll people into bashing Wilder?

He actually said it. But hopefully he can get the fights made, he really does need to fight a live body.

Just googled it. Amazing. Sadly I fear it'll be against the Briggs/Oquendo/Ustinov champion of doom rather than AJ, Wlad, Parker or Fury.

Although the Povetkin court payday may allow him to be a little braver in his choices.

My thoughts exactly. Here's to hoping, which doesn't often go well in the theatre of the unexpected.

The funny thing is I wouldn't even care if he carved through the division wrecking everyone in his path. I'd just wonder WTF his team were so afraid of before!

My best guess is letting him develop into a better fighter. One thing he lacked before was rounds and I think he's better acclimated to going longer in a fight, pacing himself, and not trying to spark everyone out early.

C'mon guys, he's clearly talking about his wardrobe at home. We all need at least one black, one brown, and a casual fun belt. ;)

It's funny how people hate on Wilder who's by far the best athlete in the division. He's 1 of 4 guys in the HWD who's actually in shape and can stay busy 12 rounds. Like Fury by round 9 has hands of nerf tissue and legs of rubber. Totally devoid of power anyway but nothing left in late rounds. Dude is in desperate need of RCVA...
