yea you are right , because fans of Fury are first to thrash AJ and hype up Wilder, just to convince themselves their idol is the best.
People can't even start Joshua-Hamed threads without people bringing up Wilder. You guys have Wilder on the brain. Wilder had nothing to do with Joshua losing or Joshua throwing a tantrum, or Joshua grabbing the Ukraine flag and wrapping himself in it and not wanting to give it back to Usyk, or Joshua embarrassing himself in front of people who actually went back to fight in Ukraine, or Joshua throwing Usyk's belts out of the ring, or Joshua cursing out Loma, or Joshua cursing out the referee of the Hrgovic fight on Joshua's way back to the dressing room, or Joshua crying like a spoiled child at the post-fight press conference. He humiliated himself. "Whataboutism" doesn't cover for him.
hahha do you need list of wilder’s excuses why he lost? E.G costume was too heavy, count was too long and stuff like that?
You should rename this thread Whataboutism. That Wilder fight was two years ago. It was talked about ad nauseum. The Joshua fight was yesterday. Let's talk about that for the next two years. Because some of you clearly don't want to.
I should say this AJ is much better fighter than alabama can crusher. That was the topic of this thread.
Great story dude, enjoyed reading it and will there be a sequel? Apart from that what a complete load of utter durge!
Based on what? Certainly not the long list of quality opponents that Wilders beaten cos it doesn’t exist, there isn’t even a short list of 1 and the white Collar boxers he has beaten were all outboxing him before he landed his Hail Mary.
The whole resume thing is just speculation in the end. They just don't have the common top opponents to compare. To find out who is better they have to fight. We know Fury is better than Wilder because they fought. We know Usyk is better than Joshua. We might find out who is better between Usyk Fury providing the fight happens. That might also tell us whether Fury is actually better than Joshua. Joshua needs to call out Wilder for the bronze medal match, the battle of the losers, while Fury and Usyk fight for gold, the battle of the winners.
He did the opposite. When he first started out he was a really nice dude, not fake just a nice, down to earth fellow but then he decided to become a gangster.
AJ is the better fighter but that doesnt mean he would beat Wilder if they were to fight. AJ also has a far better resume. Wilder has beat Ortiz and nearly beat an out of shape Fury.
Wilder avoided fighting a mandatory for 5 years unlike AJ. And if you are complaining about home turf advantage for AJ then do it for Wilder too.
