AJ didn't get up. His career was toast ever since that punch landed. He's still on the canvas. Never would have lost to Ruiz otherwise.
AJ is definitely the more proven, he has actually beaten some good fighters. Wilders best win is Ortiz
Not necesarily. They could fight to make clear who's the bigger hipe job. This fight should be made. But I honestly doubt that AJ will ever accept it.
Well he doesn’t, there is absolutely no evidence that he does Ruiz got a TKO, let’s be real here, Ruiz took a 3 combination knock down that Wilder would have never got up from When everyone he’s ever faced has outboxed him and many have had him in Disney land but didn’t have the power to finish him off then I’d back a superior boxer like Joshua to out box him and Knock him Out before Wilder can land his over rated right hand
Wilder is a balloon. How many top 10, not to mention top 5 fighters he faced and how many of top 30 and beyond? Yes, he punches hard enough to definitely break them, but that's all. Like almost all of his opponents are low class ones, he faced few good ones and got raped by the first top he fought. You combine that with his big words and uniquely pathetic excuses.
Who is a better boxer ??? AJ no doubt Who has that Game Changer One Punch KO power? BOooooomb Squad Wilder all day
AJ has definitely done more. Although who wins in a fight between them is anyones guess imo because of Wilders great equalizer, and AJ is no Fury. What it really comes down to though is AJ had the rabid and sizeable UK boxing fanbase behind him, buying his PPVs and tickets to his fights in massive numbers.
He crumbled mentally and wanted out of the first fight with Ruiz when Big Andy dropped him for the fourth time. Even though the referee gave him plenty of time to recover, and Joshua spat out his gumshield in the hope of receiving yet more time to recover, you could see it in Joshua's eyes that he didn't want to continue. The eyes, they never lie.
I think if Joshua stays on his bike and pokes Wilder with his jab for the full 12 rounds, he has a shot at winning. But with Wilder, he only needs one opening to land one right hand bomb.
People still don't seem to 'get it' with Wilder.... Yes he is awful technically, but he is incredibly explosive, has huge reach, is not chinny and has a lethal right hand.
