I would say Wilder's power rates as an 8 out of 10. Good, but not in Tyson, Lewis or Wlad's class for sure.

Wilder's power seemed to fade as he has stepped up in class, which for him is top 20-44 ranked opponents.

Power is often tied to class. Wilder next opponent Artur Szpilka is not rated in the top 20 by independent rankings such as Box Rec or Fight News.

Box Rec has him at 27th in the world! Slightly lower than Eric Molina ( who rocked Wilder ) and slightly higher than punching bag Johann Duhaupas who gave Wilder a bad black eye. Wilder might be the type that swells up quickly

And he has a certified glass jaw, which is why he's belt milking the WBC for very limited title opponents.

Once he faces Povetkin, I expect Wilder to be knocked out.
