Despite being 36 and getting battered all over the place, Wilder has said he is not quiting, where does he go from here?

He should come back and fight a ''confidence building'' type fight to work on his stamina and to improve his boxing skills.

After that if he didn't show he wasn't ruined by the Fury fight then go on and fight someone like Ruiz Jr and wait to see the landscape of the heavyweight division by winter 2022 and 2023.

    Wilder vs Ortiz III Lol.

I don't know. I appreciate that he doesn't quit after that loss, even if I dislike that he didn't show respect to Fury. Wilder is now high risk low reward. He can hope that Joshua loses again and they finalise their fight eventually with a good payday for both.

Although he is arrogant and disrespectful, it is sad to see him knocked down and out.

The man is a giant, but still makes you feel sad the way he goes to his corner and looks to the ground with sad eyes.

I wish he wins a belt again and beat the likes of AJ, Whyte, Ruiz to save his legacy.

Good. Fight a contender not an old man. He willl be knocked out. Wilder that is. Hrgovic is as excellent choice. Why do I think he'll angle for old men Ortiz and avoid the younger fighters?

Hunter backed out of the fight with Hrgovic which is in position for an eventual title shot. IMO Hrgovic has a good chin, good size, is accurate and carries Ko power.

I agree with most of that apart from the part regarding his legacy.
I never have rated Wilder due to his resume & pathetic excuses.
What is his legacy in your eyes ?

It's because he's not the sharpest knife in the draw, a hearty but credulous guy who gets carried away and knew not what he was saying.

He had to learn something, though, and there was only one way to teach him.

He shouldnt have to. Hes got name value and anyone he steps in with, has a chance of getting knocked out! Might need to stay off PPV Tho, and fight on regular showtime for a bit.

He had a 39-0 record and he was a champion. He had successfully defended his title 8 times.

Crush a few cans, then fight AJ.
