Wilder is patient and punches VERY straight, not to mention hard and fast. He KOs AJ early

Very early. The real king is Tyson Fury but he has likely done irreparable damage to himself during his lay off...

Well, he doesn't which is why he's called Windmill Wilder.
When he gets it right, he's fast rangey and athletic....like Vs Stivene in the first fight
But then look V Washington he looked all over the show at times before he got the stoppage. His right-hand power is the best in the division but doesn't have a lot of other weapons.

The biggest concern for AJ is the lack of headmovent and the fact he's slow but he has a better defense than Wilder, a better-left hook and just more variety on offense. If he can get inside on Wilder and deny him the range to wind up the right hand Joshua wins by heavy KO. I know people are saying he did well to handle Ortiz' power. But Wilder was rocked by Molina, Dauphuas, and a few others. AJ has faster hands than Ortiz is younger fresher and hits harder than Molina etc.

Fury the jury is out we wont know how good he is until he fights again, with his ability on his feet, length and just general awkwardness he has the ability to paint Joshua and Wilder with jabs and little shots all night and win decisions. Furys a decent body puncher as well so that could tell

Agree with you that Wilder has not performed against lesser opponents. But his hard straight punches, footwork and speed will trump AJs abc looping combo rush.

Fury beats both due to ring iq, length, speed and footwork. His feinting and head movement to nullify kilt was a joy to behold.

Joshua does lots of things better than Wilder but I still think Wilder wins. That right hand is lethal. He’s also got the confidence going into the fight. Joshua wanted no parts of Ortiz they honestly probably didn’t think Wilder would win. I just want to point out Ortiz didn’t floor Wilder but Wlad floored Joshua...say what you want Wilder did not go down.

    Ortiz isn't a big puncher.

As long as Tyson Fury doesn't shrink down in size, he is still the Best Heavyweight pure boxer of all time.

Deontay Wilder is the hardest Heavyweight pound for pound puncher of all time, he has Twelve rounds to find his target and destroy it

Head movement or not Joshua is better at moving and fighting linear than Wilder.

Joshua has a jab unlike Wilder.

1-1 and 1-2. Wilder wont be able to set up his right, straight nor swing.

In close Wilder will be drained of energy having a 240+ frame over him dictating the tempo.

Tyson Fury has that frame advantage, so yes Wilder will have to utilize movement vs Tyson Fury, unlike Joshua who can't fight for Twelve rounds....Deontay Wilder has to be ready for Tyson Fury, an easy victory over Anthony Joshua means nothing, mainly because Joshua is not a Twelve round fighter

Wilder's got too much dog in him for Joshua. Guy grew up hard on the mean streets while Joshua was sipping tea and eating crumpets in his upper middle class neighborhood.

Go to Specsavers. Deontay Windmill can`t punch straight. He`s no match for the champ.

Have you ever sparred with a fit guy much heavier than you? It drains your energy as soon as you enter midrange/pocket/clinches. Even if Wilder has better running stamina for 12 rounds it doesnt matter if Joshua looking to maul him down.
