Interestingly enough he has the ability to execute it from many different angles with the same consistent form. Anywho I wouldn’t rate his power above a freakish Jackson just yet since the Hawk used to put people to sleep with a lot less emphasis on the delivery. Julian’s power was effortless while Wilder noticeably generates his power, both contain dynamite.
With all due respect to Jackson, Wilder is knocking out men that outweigh him by 30+ lbs. His power is unreal.
