Wilder is scared of Whyte for a reason.

Stop this madness. He's just beat a better fighter than Whyte and is calling out AJ who is better than Whyte.

I'm sure he isn't scared, any more than AJ is scared of Wilder or vice versa. I'm also sure that he's someone his team would prefer to avoid.

That's the truth about wilder that seems to be conveniently forgotten by many. He's the greatest example in boxing of how to manipulate and cherry pick opponents to create an unbeaten fighter. He hasn't got there by facing top ranked opponents at the peak of their physical prowess. His resume is weak and the only quality opponent was far past his best before Wilder faced him. I think wilder beats Whyte, but it's a big risk, especially if it goes to purse bids and Deontay is facing a hostile British crowd as well as a highly motivated Whyte.

Expect Haymon to pull every string he can find at the WBC and get his own fighter named as either the mandatory or in a final decider if they can't swing that. He has come too far and invested too much to see the big pay off risked now. Wilder will hide behind the Ortiz win and face cans up and until he can land the AJ fight.

Whyte is a poor man's Chisora.

A big money fight to further hype the AJ fight, with a showcase like performance.....
    That's LOW RISK
    HIGH REWARD

wilder took on ortiz when he did not have to

would have been paid double to fight a much easier fight in whyte

whyte looked good v browne the big man suited him
whyte look shhit v helnius when he had to make the fight

wilders handlers have been absolute garbage / his opponents after 40 fights like that of tye fields /peter mcneeley / very impressive records but poor opposition

but wilder proved his legitamcy to me at least with his win over ortiz.

whyte is ok / he`s tough /comes to fight and has will to win/ but he is still IMO not a fighter who will beat wilder.

saying this wilder has very few options / if joshua freezes him out and refuses to fight him / wilder might have to take whyte as he has very few options to make money outside of the uk

povetkin in russia brings wilder money but is a silly fight to take.

I don't see how Wilder could be scared of Whyte..Browne was a bag of sand with absolutely no game plan who came in overweight, no movement and slow as a turtle in this fight.. Its like he wanted to get ktfo..

Look for yourself. As of Saturday AJ will have faced 3 of the top 10 HW according to the ring magazine with his next opponent likely to make that 4.

Wilder, who has been active for years longer and has fought twice as many times has faced one, the aging Ortiz.

He's 4 years younger, he's fought half as many times and yet he out scores Wilder 3 to 1 on current top 10 HW's. Go figure...

Well, at least he fought and beat Ortiz. He can't be total garbage. I hope he keeps up the trend of meeting better opposition as opposed to bums, winos and never-has-beens.

Not really. I'd even back Pricey against that version of Browne that turned up. Too easily forgotten how poor Whyte looked against Helenius and that he should have an L to Chisora

I thought ring magazine was not to be trusted cause Oscar owned them?! Go figure we are using them now for heavyweight rankings. /shrug
Joshua can be the A side he brings the paper but let’s not act like Joshua has done sooooo much more than Wilder. Let’s be real resume vs resume.

Joshua’s best win: Wlad was inactive after losing, to Tyson Fury. Also 41 years old and well past his best but still ATG.

Wilder’s best win: Ortiz who was facing bums to get his title shot. Clearly not 38. Did well in the division but was a drug cheat.

Stiverne and Martin are basically the same guy. Martins worst... he’s like Stiverne little brother. You’ll of course say Takam I’ll say who’s that cause everytime he tried to step he lost. Takam lost to Parker, Joshua, and Povetkin. So he beat a gatekeeper at best?!? Realistically the only win Joshua has over Wilder is Whyte. Who I rate as Chisora 2.0. Why people act like Whyte knocking out Lucas Browns old drug cheating ass means anything lol

Wilder is terrified of all brits not named Audley Harrison. Chisora, Whyte, Joyce, Joshua, Fury, anyone else you can think of all do a number on him.

I'd say Davey Price puts him away.

Rightly so he's scared I don't blame him.

This version of DWhite is way too dangerous a fight untill he's a mandatory. Nobody it's willingly going to Googl this DWhite. He was very dangerous before he got into true elite championship fight shape.

The only fighters I'd pick to beat today's DWhite would be AJ and DW, both of those fights would be pick em fights to be honest
