Stop defending, Povetkin, he should be banned. There should be no room for cheats in boxing, a sport where your own life is potentially at risk when you step in the ring. Wilder has every right not to fight him. I commend him for taking that stance. If more fighters who have tested positive stop getting lucrative fights it may go some way to stop the cheats in boxing.

It's ridiculous that cheats like Teper, Thompson, Peterson, Povetkin are being let off the hook without punishment.

 

He is cleared. The offical ruling is that the amounts for the substance in his body corresponds to what would be found if he had taken it when legal.
